Charlie Kroll founded Andera to help clients leverage the web
for sales and growth. Today, that vision is keenly focused on
improving the retail banking experience for consumers and financial
institutions.
As CEO, Charlie drives the company's growth through innovation,
alliances, and an unyielding commitment to unanimous client
satisfaction. He is active in industry affairs, and serves as board
chair of the e-Financial Enablers Council (a roundtable of Internet
banking and payments executives) and the Brown University
Entrepreneurship Program, and on the boards of Venture for America
and the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA).
Charlie was a finalist for the 2009 Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named 2006 New England Young
Entrepreneur of the Year by the US Small Business Administration
(SBA). He received an A.B. from Brown University and a General
Course Degree from the London School of Economics & Political
Science.
Craig Wilke
Senior Vice President, Client Services
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Craig Wilke is
responsible for implementing and supporting Andera's account
opening solutions with a focus on innovation, user experience, and
customer needs.
Prior to joining Andera, Craig worked in senior consulting roles
for AGENCY.COM and Quadris Consulting. In these positions, he
worked with clients that included Fidelity Investments, Liberty
Mutual, Instinet, and Salomon Brothers to implement both
client-server and J2EE software solutions.
Craig has an A.B. in computer science from Harvard University,
which makes him one wicked smaht guy.
Rajesh Jayaraman
Chief Technical Officer
Rajesh is resposible for all the ones and zeros at Andera. He
joined Andera via the oFlows acquistion, where he also served as
CTO. Prior to oFlows, Rajesh was the CTO at Zopa, responsible for
all engineering and technology operations.
Before Zopa, Rajesh held multiple engineering and product
management positions at Yodlee, a leading provider of online
financial services software products. At Yodlee he helped
build their online money transfer, account verification
and wealth management products. Rajesh has also worked with
Infosys Technologies, a global technology firm, where he
developed billing systems for telecom clients.
Rajesh's interests and experience are in financial services
technology, payment systems and global software development.
Rajesh has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with
distinction, from the National Institute of Technology,
India.
Scott Pitts
Chief Product Officer
Scott joined Andera as part of the acquisition of oFlows, where
he was CEO. He serves as Andera's Chief Product Officer,
responsible for the vision and product management of the Andera
platform.
Prior to oFlows, Scott was the Managing Director at Zopa USA, a
unique social finance company that brought the credit union
movement's people-helping-people philosophy to a broader audience
online.
Before Zopa, Scott headed operations and planning at Chela
Education Financing. At Chela he also managed an end-to-end
in-house loan origination and servicing operation.
Scott practiced corporate law (but we don't hold that against him)
and served as the COO and General Counsel for several early-stage
Internet and technology start-ups before moving into senior
executive roles in financial services technology companies.
He received his BA and JD from The University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Bob Chatham
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob is responsible for market development and corporate
communications. He also leads Andera's growth initiatives in
marketing services for online customer acquisition.
Prior to joining Andera, Bob served as CMO and SVP at Visual
Sciences, an analytics vendor acquired by Omniture (NASDAQ: OMTR)
for $394 million. Bob was also Principal Analyst at Forrester
Research where he advised clients about multichannel customer
relationships, authored 250 market research pieces, and was quoted
in major media.
Bob's experience includes sales management, program management,
and software engineering for clinical and scientific data analysis.
He has lived and traveled extensively in Asia, Africa, Europe, and
the Middle East and holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Colgate
University.
Tom Sheehan
Senior Vice President of Sales
Nothing happens until someone sells something, so Tom Sheehan
has overall responsibility for Andera's sales strategy and
execution, including the direct, channel, and account management
teams. He brings with him over 30 years of experience including
both small and large companies in the financial technology
industry, including most recently five years as the Vice President
of Sales at ACI Worldwide (large provider of bill pay and payments
products to financial institutions), and previously four years as
Vice President of Sales for Financial Fusion (a successful online
banking provider).
Sheehan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from Providence College.
Chris Burns
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Burns is Andera's Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he's
responsible for managing the company's financial growth and driving
all accounting and administrative operations. Chris brings 20 years
of experience and demonstrated leadership in the areas of
accounting, finance, and operations for both private and public
technology-related firms.
Prior to joining Andera, Chris held the CFO position at Retail
Solutions, a venture-backed SaaS company, where he was responsible
for all finance, accounting and administrative functions. As CFO of
Retail Solutions he played a strategic role in the successful sale
of the company to VeriSign. Chris also served as CFO for Kaon
Interactive, a venture-backed technology company and eBT
International, a publicly traded Web content software company.
Chris earned a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern
University and he holds a MBA from Bryant University. He pretty
much lives in Excel.
