Andera Appoints Kevin Conway As Vice President of Business Development

PROVIDENCE, RI - March 28, 2005 - Andera Inc., the leading provider of online account opening, enrollment, and cross-selling solutions to the community financial institution market, today announced that Kevin Conway has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. In the position Conway will develop and manage Andera's strategic partnership and alliance initiatives as well as drive the company's overall sales efforts and strategy.

Conway joins Andera with over 10 years of business development and sales experience in the financial services and technology markets. Prior to joining Andera, Conway was Director of Channel Partners for eFunds where he developed and led the partnership program for the financial institution risk management business line. In this position Conway managed the channel sales team, generated new client sales, negotiated partner contracts and implemented solutions with key strategic organizations in the financial services industry including Fidelity, Fiserv, Bisys, Harland, Jack Henry, and Symitar, among others.

Prior to joining eFunds, Conway spent over four years with CheckFree, where he played an integral part in building and managing their channel sales organization. He also has extensive sales and sales management experience with companies such as Ingram Micro and Valtron Technologies in both sales and business development functions.

Kevin Conway holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
