Integrated system deployed across Contact Center and Web Channels
PROVIDENCE, RI – November 21, 2005 – Service Credit Union, a full-service financial institution with $1 billion in assets, 22 branches, two Contact Centers, and over 100,000 members worldwide, announced that they have launched Andera's New Accounts Online to automate and streamline their new account opening process.

For Service Credit Union members living worldwide, the ability to instantly open and fund their new accounts through the Web has proven to be a significant leap forward over the previous approach of exchanging documents through the mail.
"We first looked at Andera because we thought their Web account opening and funding solution was the strongest in the market," continues Gordon Simmons, President/CEO. "But as we learned more about how robust and integrated their complete platform really is, we made the decision to deploy it in the Contact Center as well. In 2006 we will look to add the product in our branch offices."
The system is integrated in real time with Service Credit Union's Summit core processing platform through Andera's Pathways Certified interface, and features real-time integration with Equifax for identity verification, ChexSystems for risk management, and Experian for targeted cross selling of loan products. By integrating all aspects of the membership enrollment and account opening process into one seamless platform, New Accounts Online will allow Service Credit Union members and staff to instantly open and fund new accounts.
