With Service Credit Union's worldwide field of membership, we needed a solution to allow members to open and fund new accounts anytime, anywhere. Andera's New Accounts Online is a perfect fit with our Internet channel and our 24-hour Contact Center. The application provides the credit union with a secure, convenient method to serve our mobile membership base. We first looked at Andera because we thought their Web account opening and funding solution was the strongest in the market. But as we learned more about how robust and integrated their complete platform really is, we made the decision to deploy it in the Contact Center as well. In 2006 we will look to add the product in our branch offices.
