Implementation Services
Andera's Implementation team helps ensure that the implementation of your account opening solution runs smoothly and successfully - from requirements gathering to testing and training. Project management is available in four different levels:
- Level I implementation provides clients with a shared Andera project manager, generally dedicated to 10-15 ongoing implementation projects. This level is sufficient for smaller financial institutions, or those implementing standard functionality only.
- Level II implementation offers a dedicated Andera project manager, committed to your implementation for at least 10 hours per week. This level is appropriate for any financial institution implementing standard (or moderate custom) functionality, or those with a dedicated project team on the client side.
- Level III implementation provides clients with a dedicated Andera project manager, committed to your implementation for at least 20 hours per week. This level is appropriate for mid-sized financial institutions, those implementing custom functionality, or those with a dedicated project team on the client side.
- Level IV implementation provides clients with an exclusive Andera project manager, committed full-time to your implementation. This level is appropriate for large FI’s, those implementing very custom functionality, or those with a dedicated project team on the client side.
Support Services
Andera's Customer Care team is dedicated to helping customers succeed and get the most value from their online account opening initiative.
